Summer Protein Shakes

Tired of your old plain protein shakes? Try some of these fun summer options with simple ingredients.

1. Pina Colada

     - 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

     - 6 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk

     - 1/2 Frozen Banana

     - 1/2 Tsp Coconut Extract

     - 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

2. Peaches and Cream

     - 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Cow's Milk

     - 1 1/2 Cus Frozen Peaches

     -1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

     -1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

     - Pinch of Salt

     - Ice to the consistency you like.

3. Frosted Lemonade (like Chick Fil-A)

     - 1 Packet Sugar Free Powdered Lemonade

     - 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Cow's Milk

     - 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

     - 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

     - 1/2 Cup Crushed Ice

Of course you can make them even better by topping them with sugar free whipped topping.
